1. Precise control of shading and light adjustment
The shutter angle can be freely adjusted from 0° to 180°, achieving three modes: "fully transparent, semi-shaded, fully closed":
- In the morning, opening the shutters introduces natural light; in the afternoon, closing them blocks strong light, preventing indoor furniture from fading or electronic devices from glare.
- In commercial scenarios, multiple windows can be centrally controlled by an electric system to optimize the office light environment.
2. Dual enhancement of sound insulation and thermal insulation
- Sound insulation performance: The basic sound insulation of hollow glass is about 25-35dB. The built-in shutters enhance sound insulation in the following ways:
- Aluminum alloy shutters absorb medium and high-frequency noise (such as traffic and human voices), increasing the overall sound insulation by 5-10dB, suitable for buildings facing streets.
- The sealed cavity reduces air sound conduction. When combined with PVB laminated glass, the sound insulation effect can reach over 40dB (equivalent to the sound insulation standard of four-star hotels).
3. Thermal insulation and energy saving:
The hollow layer (filled with argon) and closed shutters form a double thermal insulation layer, with the summer shading coefficient (SC value) as low as 0.2-0.4 to reduce air conditioning energy consumption; the winter heat transfer coefficient (U value) can reach 1.8W/(㎡·K), saving more than 30% energy compared to ordinary glass windows.
4. Durability and maintenance-free performance
- The internal shutters are isolated from the outside, free from UV and rain erosion, and less prone to fading or deformation, with a service life of 10-15 years (traditional外挂 shutters only last 5-8 years).
- No disassembly for cleaning is required, especially suitable for high-rise buildings, skylights, and other difficult-to-maintain scenarios, reducing later use costs.
